Horizontal Laminar Airflow Clean Room Trolley Stainless Steel Material
transfer Carts with off-grid battery operation provide product protection and enable sterile transportation through inferior cleanrooms (e.g. manual dry freezer loading). Product protection is ensured by means of targeted air flow. A clean and low-turbulence air flow (laminar air flow) flows horizontally into the work area of the transfer cart and escapes into the surrounding area. Airborne particles are collected in a controlled manner. All safety-relevant functions are constantly monitored electronically.
The whole laminar flow car is made of 304/316L stainless steel plate, and the bottom of the car is made of universal casters with brakes. The body is composed of several major components such as a shell, a high-efficiency filter, an air supply system, a lighting lamp, and an operation module. In addition, a combination of ultraviolet germicidal lamps, microcomputer controllers, lead-acid batteries or lithium batteries, and UPS power devices can be added as needed. The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, flexible movement, convenient operation and use, and beautiful appearance.
